The FIRG_Q series offers flat face performance with a variety of seal material options which offer suitability in applications up to 300 degrees C. They also come heat treated with a special process to provide extended corrosion and abrasion resistance without the expense of stainless steel.

Standard Shipping

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or for larger items TNT is our preferred courier, and will aim to have your item delivered within 1-7 days depending on your location.

Oversized Shipping

We try our hardest to ensure freight charges are as fair as possible, however with some oversized/larger items going to remote locations may incur additional costs. 

Returns

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Approved return items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier.  Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us.  Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
