Shipping & Freight Charges

We understand your need to receive your order as quickly as possible, so please be sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact number, so we can contact you if any issues should arise with your consignment.

Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery.  We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.

We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or for larger items TNT is our preferred courier, and will aim to have your item delivered within 1-7 days depending on your location.

We try our hardest to ensure freight charges are as fair as possible, however with some oversized/larger items going to remote locations may incur additional costs. 

Some remote locations are unable to receive orders, in the instance orders will be sent to the nearest depot for collection - this is also for larger/heavier items.

All consignments are tracked.  The tracking number can be sent to you via email.  If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us
